About Project
The development provided safe, secure and modern housing, designed to support the needs of a diverse community. Each apartment was architecturally designed to make the most of open space and natural light, contributing to a strong sense of home and community.
Environmental performance was a key focus, with the buildings achieving a 5 Star Green Star rating and an average 7 Star NatHERS rating. The development included a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, allowing for flexibility and responding to the changing needs of Victorian households.
